Rebecca grew up in Wilmington, Delaware. At the age of eighteen, she joined the United States Air Force. During 21 years of service, she learned invaluable lessons that came with sporadically relocating and constantly facing new challenges – such as how to embrace change and how to adapt to situations quickly and effectively. These abilities combined with the skills learned and the leadership qualities she developed all served to prepare her for her pivotal role in this ministry.
Rebecca retired from the military in 2000 and served in the civil service until 2002. After visiting Haiti in December 2004, in response to the leading of the Holy Spirit, Rebecca founded Promised Provision Ministries to serve as a way for native Haitian pastors to raise and distribute funds and material resources so that they could better provide for the needs of the impoverished people in their care.
Rebecca says that the founding of this ministry has been exhilarating, frightening and very rewarding. She is humbled by the fact that God chose her to partner with Him in this most worthy endeavor and looks forward to serving Him in Haiti for years to come!
