Arthur has a solid understanding of the balance between project development, financial management and specialized knowledge needed to reach an objective. He will develop strategic steps and logical processes which Promised Provision will follow to reach the vision that God has laid on the heart of the ministry.
Arthur began seeking a degree in Chemical Engineering at Georgia Southern University (GSU) in 1999. He was involved in biochemistry research which was published in scientific journals. He left GSU to complete his engineering degree at the University of South Florida (USF). While at USF, he completed a number of engineering coops with Mosaic and Titan America. He was also involved in solar engineering research particularly producing energy from biomass utilizing self-sustaining processes. Arthur received a B.S. in Chemical Engineering in 2006. Currently, Arthur is an Engineer at TECO Energy and actively manages specific engineering projects at all TECO facilities. He is actively involved in environmental legislation and lobbying at the state level. He has two patents pending through TECO and has written environmental guidance documents that are published in the Florida Statutes. He is currently working towards completion of an MBA.
Through his walk, Arthur has realized that following Christ is not just saying you are a Christian while seeking the things of the world. Serving Christ is to truly desire fellowship with God rather than folding to fruitless temptation. It is accepting the truth over a lie and seeking God’s will instead of a personal will. He met his wife Mindy while being involved with a college ministry at First Baptist Brandon. They were married in May 2008. God has made it clear how the lives around him have been positively impacted through faithful service and wise stewardship.
